About the Role
The Delivery Lead at DAIC Tech Solutions is a critical leadership role responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, encompassing both technical and non-technical aspects. This role requires a blend of strong technical acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships, internal teams, and project stakeholders. The Delivery Lead ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to scope, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
[8+] years of experience in IT project delivery, with a significant portion in a lead or management role within a consulting environment.
Proven experience managing projects related to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or AI/ML solutions.
Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Solid technical background with the ability to understand complex technical challenges and solutions.
Experience with resource planning, budget management, and risk management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
