About the Role
The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist is a crucial member of the DAIC Tech Solutions team, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of human resources, with a strong emphasis on attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent in the IT consulting space, particularly in cloud and AI. This role requires a passionate individual with a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and engaging employee experience in a remote work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years focused on talent acquisition, preferably within the IT or consulting industry.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles, especially in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage candidates, employees, and management effectively.
Strong understanding of HR principles, best practices, and employment law.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Experience with remote work environments and remote team management is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
