About the Role
The Field Sales Representative at DAIC Tech Solutions is a key client-facing role responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within a defined territory or market segment. This individual will be the face of DAIC Tech Solutions, actively engaging with prospective customers, understanding their unique challenges, and effectively demonstrating how our cloud and AI consulting services can deliver significant business value and a competitive edge. This role requires an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for technology.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of [3+] years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably within the IT services, software, or consulting industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning is highly desirable.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and travel as required.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
